Aji wonders where the flowers are,
and if we're getting chickens.
and if we're getting chickens.
The pottery is nice - I like pottery, too, and am always picking up pieces at charity shops. Very nice copy of Bird Homes. I'm glad you had a good time - that's the important part.
ReplyDeleteI don't like crowds and get easily overwhelmed, which is why I've never gone before. But I went with a very relaxed attitude and that helped. I didn't enjoy it the way I do auctions, but I'm glad I went.
DeleteI'm a fan of pottery, your vases are beautiful! And the cat so cute!
ReplyDeleteThank you, and thanks for stopping by.
DeleteYou chose quite chic goods. I love the colors and the pattern on the pottery. Any color of flowers will become with them well.
ReplyDeleteThat's true. I have very little white pottery (or anything) but I was really drawn to it--probably because of the display of white vases I showed in the last post.
DeleteLove it all particularly the green vase. I'm thinking we need a FITH next week to show off your new purchases.
ReplyDeleteWe can change it to chickens and flowers if you give me a heads up.
Always happy to accommodate.
xo Jane
I don't see chickens coming into my life anytime soon, except for those who belong to my friend George in the country--he gives me fresh eggs every time I go. And I give him...a nice thank you.
DeleteI could take the egg basket when I go shopping at whole foods though...it fits the whole free range, farm to table WF gestalt nicely.
I like the green pot with a handle. My cat would love to get in the egg basket. He likes to be in whatever encloses him such as a laundry basket, a cardboard box, a plastic bag, a paper bag.. how about Aji?
ReplyDeleteYes! She has so much fun with paper bags especially.
DeleteI like the green one at left. Nice trouvailles :)
ReplyDeleteHello dear Jen!
ReplyDeleteglad your liked the pictures. It's been a joyful trip with the kids AND we had good weather!
I see you are gathering treasures. All beautiful but I must say that iron egg basket stole my heart.
lots of love
ps. illustrated postcards after summer ;)
I love the egg basket too!
DeleteYay for Demie cards--can't wait.
Love the green jug with the handle with its matte finish.
ReplyDeleteThat cat is so cute!
I love it too--it's from Hungary.
DeleteShe is a sweetie, and such fun.
Guess it's time to send you a big summer bouquet to fill that pretty vase!!!
ReplyDeleteha, I'm afraid I like to see your cats more than I like to see your vintage finds, even though they are great, too. are you getting chicken?
ReplyDeleteSomething for everyone. No chickens--only the accessories.
DeleteI'm in agreement with everyone---love the green jug---others not too shabby though. I like that you chose the white. What I also like is your new header! Sweet peas and kitty cats will get you everytime.
ReplyDeleteHello Jen,
ReplyDeletelove your new header.
your kitty fits in just nicely with all your lovely jugs and photos.. he sure is photogenic.
I think I would choose the smaller dark green vase with the stork on it.
but the vases are all lovely.
