good morning from the Catskills

Weren't we just talking about spring and flowers? I awoke to snow this morning and begin to think of nature not as a mother, but as a mischievous child. As I drink my coffee and look at the steep wooded hills, bluestone slabs and waterfall view I fantasize about building a painting studio. Look here on Tiny House Swoon at the one made from old windows, and enjoy all three pages of tiny swoon-worthy house pictures.

  1. We didn't get so much as a flake here in Catskill, so I'm envious...and adore your description of Nature as michievous child!

  2. I can't believe you have snow since we are in the 80's here.

I like Deek's cabin. All the little houses are perfect for my sort of life. I like small spaces and don't even use the bedroom in my present house except for the closet. I also live alone though.

  5. Spring weather is unstable...here it's cherry blossoms' season, though I couldn't find any flower and when I stay at home I need heater. I like your way of enjoying Nature very much.

  6. Quite a contrast from there to here. Today was a beautiful, warm Palm Sunday in South Georgia. The azaleas and dogwoods continue blooming ... it's a beautiful world wherever you are... enjoy!

  7. I love your description of nature as a mischievous child. That makes me feel a bit more patient with it all. The tiny houses are wonderful! I hope you have your painting studio soon. Thank you for your encouraging comment about the boys.
